Galina Parmenter
FOUNDER
Galina Parmenter has 14+ years of experience working with companies, policymakers, and other stakeholders in multiple industries such as fashion, telecommunications and automotive.
She was part of the Global Sustainability Team at C&A. Afterwards she became an ESG Senior Advisor at Yettel (former Telenor).
Neda Shishmanova
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Neda has a strong background in environmental sustainability in particular and excellent analytical, problem-solving and data managements skills.
She has extensive experience in managing projects, running research studies and analysing data, supplemented by her recent year-long post-graduate research role at the University of Surrey.​
Yoana Petrova
INTERN
Yoana is a 3rd year Honours International Busi​ness student in Groningen, the Netherlands. She joined Willow as an intern to learn more about the world of sustainability and help with marketing relating processes.

She has a background in Marketing and Events Management and loves to make sense of complex topics.
